I wanted to send out an email to as many DeKalb Republicans as I could reach, including myself to relay some information that
has been brought to my attention. As we have all noticed over the last week or so, there has been a very strong push from
Dekalb Democrats to make a strong stand for their candidates. This push is not going unnoticed by the voters. The political
signs are in Full Bloom. They are overwhelmingly advertising for Democrats, especially in KEY PLACES like Fort Payne. I need
to remind everyone, NO CANDIDATE HAS EVER WON A COUNTY ELECTION WITHOUT WINNING ... FORT PAYNE! Except Mr.. Lowell
Barron and he has had ALL of Jackson County in past, and that's the ONLY way he has done it. This is one of the keys to success
for our Candidates.
Now, to be absolutely fair, I have been
slow to re-act to the increasing pressure from the Democrat push. I have not been able to get Dr Bentley's sign's delivered
to me and have not been able to get them delivered to you. I surely don't want to make things sound like any excuses but rather
a "Call to Arms". Each and Every Republican Campaign must now respond to this push or we ALL face tougher battles in the following
weeks.
The GOP headquarters on 3rd St N in Fort
Payne has signs and other resources available to everyone. We all need to be contacting relatives, friends, church members,
business colleagues, email buddies and all fellow conservatives and ask them to support our candidates. Ask them to put a
sign in their yard or other property. Volunteer to bring the sign to them if needed. Now is the time for us all to ANSWER
THE CALL. We cannot afford to wait much longer.
If you can work at the FAIR booth, Ballgames,
at the Headquarters or any other way, Please step forward. Please contact Royce Lader (our county chairman) at 256-418-2221
and ask him how you can help. Contact the Local Republican Candidates and ask them how to help. We all need your help.
You can't wait for someone else to do the
work for You. Answer The Call. Please forward this email
to your contact list.
